You can appeal the forums one separately.
30d will be a set punishment unless you intend on paying pay what you scammed off maqwerd

 

This is what would be called amnesty. You don't have to but it shortens your ban to pay back. If you don't you wait as repayment. After 3 weeks, you can appeal the ban again. If your involvement in the community, apologies, etc after your forums unban is satisfactory it will take time off your ban.
