    Keep trying, sometimes emails get buried. Make sure you attach the receipt and transaction IDs.
    Unfortunately this is not something mods can handle.

    not me personally, but you can try going on teamspeak he has some friends there that will have easier contact with him. Sometimes you can catch him on as well.

    You do not need a microphone to go onto teamspeak. You can just type in the chat channel instead of talking. You can click here to get teamspeak. All you have to do is download - launch it - Enter a nickname (mostly your IGN (In game name)) - Then click connections - Connect - Server address ts.skyblock.net - Nickname (IGN) - Then switch different channels to chat with others.
