Wth you guys? We can't nuke North Korea at all! We're allied with SOUTH Korea, and that will mess them up, too. Plus, the world did this thing where we all are allowed to have nukes to scare each other. Because they know if one country bombs another, they'll bomb back and each other allies will do the same and we'll just... destroy the world, really.

No, one of North Korea's US affairs diplomats stated that we "crossed a red line" because KJU is on a list of sanctioned individuals, and if we go to South Korea for our annual war games there could be trouble. But there was no formal declaration of war. Also, they've been saying this for years. North Korea ALWAYS threatens us when we go there. And technically they have been at war with us and the South since the 1950's, but North Korea has been and will always be all talk. So there's nothing to worry about.
