Hello, so I was looking into getting a new cheap computer to run Skyblock. I don't need it for anything else, and I don't need fancy things. I just need it to run Skyblock. Is the Lenova 100S a good choice/can it run Skyblock?

    Thanks for the help.

I can sell you my 2005 Pentium D. It's a BTX Motherboard (the ATX-successor that didn't went through), in 10 years you will be able to sell it high to a Technology Museum.

ok jk. But just to tell you that this Computer, with 4 GB Ram and a 2 GB Video, is already enough to run Minecraft on low res.

There's really no "best" computer for Minecraft. Minecraft is one of the least demanding games, and skyblock makes it even less demanding, because there's less things to render. While the 100s will run it, I doubt it will get more than 30ish fps on medium-high settings.

If you answer these questions, I can help you more:
    What's your budget?
What are you using it for (ONLY skyblock? web browsing? school work? etc.)
How long are you looking to keep this new pc/when are you planning on getting a new one?
Any other info you think could help :)

All I'd like to know is if it can run skyblock without breaking for maybe 2 years. Do you think it would work good for skyblock?

I don't know about you, but I use a Dell Inspiron 15 with Intel Core i3, that's right i3! And Minecraft runs perfectly for me. As skizzors said, MC is the least demanding game you can own.

I picked the Lenova 100S, since I want the cheapest PC that can run Minecraft. On Amazon, it was only $149.99. USD for an 11.4 in. Screen

If all you're doing is skyblock, I agree with Telefone, an i3 will be perfectly fine, as long as you aren't doing anything else or using intense shaders or something. If you can find one, a laptop with an NVIDIA gpu would be great, but I do not see why anyone would make a laptop with a discrete GPU and an i3. Another thing to look out for is RAM/memory, try to get 8gb, not 4. It will give you some headroom, incase you want to use it for web browsing with lots of tabs (or multitasking), not just minecraft. Then, if you're using this "on the go" a lot, you might want to consider a laptop with an SSD (solid state drive) instead of a traditional hard drive, as it will not fail if you drop it (at least not as easily as a hard drive would).

the processor is an atom not a i3! and it only has 2 gigs of ram, not even close to 8. those are really outdated specs.

Oh no I don't plan to play GTA anymore :p looking for a casual gaming pc that might be able to play some games with Med/high graphics. Sims,Minecraft, and Cs:go that kind of stuff. My Sims 3 sucks up ram like crazy so I might need to update to a 16 gm. Lol It litterally sucks up 4k of ram at one time.
