/visit Skyblockgrinder : New Public Grinder island

Hello there,

Today I have built, with the help of friends, a new public grinder island.

At /visit Skyblockgrinder

You will see when you visit that it is still being constructed. It will be finished shortly.

So far we have :

• 2 Sheep grinders
• 2 Cow Grinder
• 1 skeleton grinder
• 1 creeper grinder
• 1 Spider grinder
• 1 squid grinder
• Slime Grinder
• Snowman grinder
• Spider grinder
• Enderman Grinder

So far I've used around 300 spawners. I will be adding more.
Coming soon :

• Music Disc Grinder
• Magma Cream Grinder

All of the grinders are free to use. Over the next few days donation chests will be added, so that people can donate some of their drops.

If anyone has any suggestions for the island please let me know.

If anyone wants to turn off auto kill features then you can message one if the island staff members.

Just visited it! Great idea poor execution. Its really not well layed out or centered, if youd be willing id love to work on it with you! Id be willing to use my own blocks although I would need some from others.

Thanks for the offer but I'm good thanks. If you could expand on why it isn't well layed out?. I'm not sure how it isn't centered aa the central platform is in the middle with the different grinders surrounding it. But yes please expand and I'll make any changes I feel will improve things

 

I will be doing this, however I will wait until each grinder is complete.

Lol quick fingers there. Changed it straight after!

 

With the spawner boxes on top your limiting the potential for expansion+ your making it difficult to generally decorate versus if they were further down into the void you could always expand up but visually you wouldnt have to decorate it as much. My choice of words was a little 'harsh'

 

I can understand your point about it being quite high. To be honest I have no real plans to expland the island past having very fast mob grinders of each type available. I have my main island for that.

If I want to expand...I will just expand downwards

Removed Magma Cream Grinder - Need to find a better design.
Added Spider Grinder.
Added Extra Cow Grinder
