[.NET] Hypebeasting's Moderator Application

This is going to be my moderator application for skyblock.net! This may be boring to read because this is really long, but please just read what I say in this application. I've been working on this application for 6 days, and just pasting it into Microsoft Word, and checking if I have any problems with my application so please give me any information of what I did wrong with this application. People who supported me on this moderator app, thank you for supporting. It really means a lot to me. A notification of a staff member saying I am now part of the staff is going to freak me out because I really love this server. Enjoy!

I speak English, and my culture is Filipino so I speak a little bit of it.


Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game)
I've been banned once because of a console ban because the console thought I was fly hacking, but I don't do that hacking things. When I got banned I told my friend to tell a moderator I got banned and the moderator said I must've been lagging or have been console banned. So that's the only time I've been banned.


Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc)
Yes, of course I do the software I use to capture people scamming, hacking or etc. I would just use Fraps. If I have to screenshot I just use F2 to screenshot in my minecraft controls.


How long can you be active on the server everyday?
I spend all my time on sky-block about everyday for 3-4 hours.


How long have you been playing Sky-block?
I've been playing sky-block for the past 3 years. The past 2 years was on my other account. z_Supreme, but I let my (in real life) friend borrow it because he thought skyblock was a interesting thing to play on.


Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes, I would take it serious on smaller servers as I would take it even more serious on sky-block. Even though I've been moderator on smaller servers doesn't matter how I would handle situations on bigger servers. I believe that I have a lot of experience of being a moderator.

Yes, of course.

Do I meet the requirements for staff?
Yes, I do think I meet the requirements for staff because I feel like I'm mature and responsible for what I would do as a moderator. In my opinion I think I won't do any mistakes. I always try my best to help people and some people might not say that because I wouldn't talk to them often. So yes I think I meet the requirements for staff. I take most staff demands seriously.


Why do you think you should become a mod?
This is a very important question to answer, and the reason why I want to become mod is because I know most of the things a moderator would do. I'm always active on sky-block, and I just really want to help out. I think I can make a change into the server by helping others in need in my help. Whenever there is no staff, there is more people even donors doing the wrong thing, and I feel bad because there isn't that much staff online. I would always notice spamming, foul language, disrespect to others bucket trades and everything that is not acceptable to the server.
I don't do anything bad on the server and I feel like I can do lots of help. How I found this server is that I couldn't find any enjoyable servers so I saw Sky-Block. I have never regretted that I have found this server I remember the old days where I have always went on /warp mob and thought killing mobs was always fun. Getting god items was really rare to me. I have always been on this server for along time. I always see new people get on, and they get a lot of respect from other players, but I don't even get a single "hi" I only talk to few people on sky-block.
I know commands very well, and I know how to handle them. If anything big happens I'm always going to be there to help. I would answer questions really honest to things I would actually take pride into doing. And my pride is becoming moderator. I have really good experiences with being mod.

Characteristics:

Trustworthy and Reliable
Whenever it comes to sky-block I take it likes it's real life. I helped this person that was being scammed, and I made that scammed give back the things to the person who got scammed. The person I helped supported me and said "You should be moderator" And when I did that I felt inspired of me becoming a mod. I always look up to rules, and try to help as much as I can in sky-block. I remember this person couldn't change his spawner so he trusted me and I changed the spawner the way he wanted it. When I was greeting people that I helped it looked like they looked up to me, but I don't want it to look that way. I want everyone to be equal.

Friendly
I am always there to help someone even if they are not sad, mad, or anything in a different mood. I would just try to help. Whoever is rude to me. I wouldn't be rude back to them because consequences will come to them. I would just treat everyone with respect even if they are really mean to me or not. Smiling is always the key to success. Putting a smile on someones face will make them really happy even if its virtual.

Relaxed and Patient
Myself being relaxed is all the time. Even if you make me mad I will just cool myself down. If a moderator was putting too much pressure into there job that is bad. I wouldn't do that. Sometimes I would see chill mods just talking to donors and doing there jobs, but not most of the time. I'm relaxed, but I would always focus on my job. As I said I would take a lot of pride into small or big things that I find interest to.

Supportive and Helpful
It takes time for me to put out how I feel, I usually would just wait until how they feel and just go on with it. If they are having a rough time with anything with real problems or minecraft problems I would always help. If they just want one little thing to be happy I will try my best to make that little thing a big thing to change for a better way to support people with problems. And if anyone asks me a question or questions I will still answer it. Some mods still ignore many questions in chat. Most of them are greenies that's why, but even if it's the biggest question ever I will still help out and answer.

Fairness
Homosexual, color. culture, other things I wouldn't really care unless you would be respectful to one another. There is always strikes in life, and you always have to listen to the rules. If you don't listen you might end up in strike three, and actually don't care about following the server's rules.

Dependent and Mature
If you want me to help ask me! I will do most things you want me to. I will try to do my best in what I can do the most. If strangers need me on the server I won't pay attention to the people I actually know on the server. I can take my personality mature. If we are playing around a lot I would just go back right to work and do my job, and find the not mature things out of my way and help people who are in need of me. The personality you want me to be in depends on what I will be doing, but being a moderator by itself I will always be mature.

So, from what I've seen, there's a lot of potential in you. You've written an Application that has indeed
caught my eye. A few things you should fix/change/remember are:

Fill out the template, or your Application will be ignored.

I suggest you get to know Forums a bit more, as about half if not more of your time will be spent moderating
the Forums as well as in-game.

In the 1st paragraph of Why should I become a mod? you wrote:
