5. Why do YOU think you were banned? As the ban reason states, I got banned for exploiting a glitch. I will take the conclusion that this has to do with the machine on my island I built, it was built for own use and I was not abusing it in any way.

7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Sadly yes, the sad fact in this server is that moderators do wrong. This is because mods aren't robots, they are humans. And humen fail. This isn't the first time misunderstandings like this happens. I have a few rightful bans too but they were a long time ago, over 6 months. Ever since then I've been trying to be an asset for the community by for example follow the rules and help new players.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned?

This ban is totally unnecessary but there is a few mistakes that led this into a perm ban. The mistakes aren't just on my side but also on the moderators.
For example I asked a mod Tribal that if there any problem with the machine he would contact me (Tribble if you could please verify this below I would be very thankful!). As his reply didn't say anything about I've done something illegal that I asked for. Tribal said that the machine wasn't illegal in any way, so I didn't expect anything to happen. Now I am banned. I am tagging tribal because obviously it was you who told lemo to ban me. (I base this argue on the fact the machine was almost impossible to find. And the chances lemo would visit the right island and go to the right place that also is unreachable it pretty low.)

Also I did not abuse the machine, but now I am perm banned, and you guys didn't even warn me. This is one of the biggest mistakes as one of the most important mission below banning people is to prevent people to get banned. My friend used to say "Having the right to ban also includes having the right not to ban". In the future please warn people and prevent them to make a mistake. That would decrease the amount of people playing on the server (if done excessively) and I'd consider it simply idiotic to ban (perm ban) without even warning them.

Woa woa, as soon as I saw this I warned you saying this was illegal. And no I did not tell Lemo to ban you, I told the player to report you if he felt it was necessary.

 

wait are you saying I was banning people? Thats not the case, I was just testing a glitch out, and as mentioned this is for private use so I don't want to get in trouble, thats why Im not showing this for the public. I'm trying to make a way not to get banned. You have probably seen Lz3_'s spleef arena. I've trying to make so people without /fly can be able to participate in that too. Also I told him the floor was glitched and I didn't lie in any way as I was going to give him the untextured block as a thanks for helping me with the testing.

Also, tribal, did you ever say to me that I was getting banned for doing this? na, not even that it was illegal. If its okay I would like a supermod to share the chatlogs between me and Tribal. Could you take that assignment lemo?

 

No, I never said you were going to get banned for it all I asked for you was to stop doing it. Instead you continued to adv in chat saying to /visit or tpa idk.

 

Read my last reply. I needed to test this and a couple of other things for Lz3_, because I had donated for his project "spleef arena" and had beta acces for it etc, thats why I was trying to improve it, and Lz3_ had permission of fungamer333to use the glitch. Also after I asked exactly what the problem was you didn't tell me. How am I than supposed to know what I'm allowed to do and not? why didn't you answer what I did wrong and instead told people to report me?

 

I told you well over 3 times that you couldn't be doing this. I also would like Fun to verify that she gave you permission to use this glitch.

Tribal as I remembered you didn't tell it was illegal but I might have wrong so could you please share some proof?

 

I never gave anyone permission to use the machine, I just told Lz3_ that he could use my alts island to make his spleef thing. I didn't know how he was going to make it, I just gave him permission to use my island. I assumed it was okay because other mods saw the machine and didn't say anything about it. It's not like Lz3_ was asking people to go in it, he warned that people without /fly on would be banned if they step on it.

 

At first he made it public, he even advertised in chat about it "SPLEEF ARENA MANY DIAMONDS COME QUICK" something like dat idk, but was he banned? mno

Now I see he had to build a wall at the spawnpoint, so no one could have any access to it, that means he had a mod to WARN him about it, I didnt get a warning? I got a perm ban for using his machine, not even glitch exploiting. My machine isnt even public, has never been and will never be.

 

I warned you several times about this glitch.

 

You didnt say I was gonna get PERM BANNED for it. Lz3 didnt get banned for using it a certain time, did he?

To stop doing something, will probably most of the time be seen as a personal request, nothing thats against the rules or something. If you'd say I was gonna get perm banned if I didnt remove it I would remove it at once. Also when I asked if it was illegal you didn't answer my question. I thought your silence meant you didn't like it but I was still allowed to do it.

I took the conclusion that as the machine was built at your alts island, you would definatly had to agree with it being built first, now I am banned for doing the exact same thing.

 

So you say you weren't warned, but now you say you were?

 

I've already explained that all I agreed to was some spleef thing, I had no idea what it was going to be.
