Nice attempt of setting up a new business. The pricing seems correct. However, may I point out a few things: When offering a service, keep in mind the customers seek for qualifications in the first place. You should explain what precisely qualifies you to undertake such evaluations. Paying for an evaluation, why would one do that? Well either you under evaluate and loose money, of you over evaluate and lack potential buyers. In the last case you eventually correct the price after some time. So in fact you’d only have someone evaluating your assets if you fear you might sell too low. Why do you think such a fear would have spread on the server? You should include the service of linking with potential buyers (if you can) Personally I think people tend anyways to over evaluate their assets and get their price right during the trade negotiations. Therefore, I wish you good luck finding potential customers
