[Net] Lockette + Trust

So I was thinking of something.
We can type [Everyone] using the lockette. I was thinking that if we add everyone to a private chest, that they can open them even when not trusted.
Let's say someone who isn't on my /trustlist (basically all of you ) sees a sign with [Everyone] on it and they can open it. Basically what I mean. Or if their name is on a sign.

There are pros and cons with it. Feel free to add some to the list and I'll edit it.

Pros:

• You can make community chests where people can trade together like a community.
• It can be like a goody basket. It'd be good for Easter Egg hunts or something for those you don't really trust enough to be /trusted.
• People can donate in bulk.
• You won't have to /trust to let someone open a chest.

Cons:

• 
  
• It could lead to looting.
• It could lead to illegal trading.

 

But the problem is... Lockette isn't one of Tanner's plug ins. It'll need a lot of development

maybe they can add a command which I think of is /chesttrust, which basically makes the player able to open chests (If their name is on it or [Everyone]), but will not be trusted, so cannot break anything.

If it is possible it would support. It would cause all that illegal trading and looting, but if there is such thing maybe Tanner can block the illegal trade's and find some way to limit how many times you can go in. I have another suggestion for this, that you have the option to block people from the private chest that if you know that they loot/grief/scam/etc. a lot of the times. They can also make a things where you can make good trades where you can pick people that you trust to put special items in the chest that anyone else can't. (ex. if a random player wants to put iron in there and you make it since only the people that are on your good trades list can only put iron in not just random people. Tell me your thoughts thank you.

What if you want to use it in the way it is currently used as (letting everyone that's /trusted or cooped be able to access the chest without writing there names')

I can see why other players want this but personally I don't like the idea of it.

Also, most players that are trusted are trusted to help build. Having [Everyone] on lockettes is useful so owners can give materials to everyone. Maybe the lockette wouldn't be [Everyone], but maybe something like [Untrusted]. And, if everyone could get into chests it would cause what you said is cons.

If you want to give stuff to untrusted players have a drop party.

 

The way you make it sound, sounds useful. Support I suppose

 

Would need permission from the Lockette developer or you'll have to make a new plugin from scratch.
