Are Staff Reports Even Considered?

Coming from someone who has written her fair share of staff reports, I don't usually expect anything to come out of them. Being someone who knows all the rules and loopholes, I make sure to have a staff member reported multiple times for small reasons where s/he is indeed wrong. I let them lock their report, and once a nice compilation of reports are formed, you bring the list to Cypriot, claiming that the staff member frequently abuses their powers. This is actually extremely successful if you don't have legitimate proof that a staff member has done irreparable damage to the server. (100% current success rate.)

I don't think you should be attacking the staff team, they're only here to protect the server.

And I'm protecting the server by having incompetent staff demoted. I respect staff members who have earned my respect.

 

I mean if it's got pretty evident proof them doing something that is against the rules I don't see why they wouldn't be at least considered ;-;

 

Cocky player logic seen frequently (only slightly exagerated):

Player constantly cursing on chat "WTF why have I been kicked this is ridiculous!!"

Mod cursing once because stressed "WTF why is my staff report not even considered this is a crime he should be demoted!!!"

 

Staff don't have to earn your respect. Not that there would be much to earn anyway, judging from your behaviour.
