OCE Finical's Trial Moderator Application

Which languages do you speak?
I speak English, which is my main language. I am currently learning Spanish as a secondary language. I have learned Basic Greetings and common phrases so far.

Have you ever been Banned? If yes, why?
I have been temporarily banned on Skyblock.net by console for flying/getting glitched into a block. I followed this up with a Moderator and was told it happens sometimes, and isn't always correct. I can assure that I do not and will not use a hacked client. I don't plan to be banned for any other reason either.

Why do you believe you should become a Moderator?
I believe I should be a Moderator because I am an active player on the server and am kind towards each and every player. I put my best effort into keeping the players of the server happy, and I will never ignore a request for help. I always place myself below others, and consider the rest of the players in the community the priority, and that is what aids me in my ability to help players, and essentially Moderate. I have listed some traits and qualities that I possess below.

Leadership
I have continuously volunteered for activities that require leadership skills. In my primary education, or simply the first 6 years of my schooling, I took part in Peer Support, a program that develops leadership skills. I then joined a Basketball club, where I was appointed Team Captain. I enjoy being responsible for the leadership of a group or team. Leadership and moderation go naturally together, as a Mod needs skills in the area of Leadership to point players in the right direction, and set a positive example for those who look up to them. I uphold this quality by pointing people in the right direction.

Approachability / "People Skills"
For as long as I can remember, I've been good with people and conversation. I am naturally a confident person, and have further developed this confidence through taking up tasks of great importance. I am able to confidently help people and players. A sense of approachability is a huge part of helping manage a community or a server. I am an individual who enjoys conversation, and is always open to it. I uphold this quality by engaging in regular conversation and helping people out.

Organisation
I am a very organised person. Throughout everyday activities I am always prepared with the right items and equipment, and also the right attitude. An example of this is school. I am required to rise early in the morning, so in order to ensure everything is ready for my day, I check and double check my equipment. The same can be said for Moderating. Organisation applies to Time, Equipment and Ability. I like to call that TEA.

Maturity
Maturity is obviously a huge contributor to Moderation. I consider myself to be a mature person, and I display this in everything I do. Not once will you see me swear, cuss, or break a rule. As this quality is displayed in game, it should be upheld on Forums, and so it is. I uphold this quality by always ensuring I am mature in everything I do.

Sophistication
Being a sophisticated person is definitely an important quality. To be a sophisticated person means to have the knowledge, experience and also, in my eyes, common sense to do the right things. All my life I have upheld this quality, and as a result it has improved my character dramatically.

Unbiased
Bias is a common issue in moderation, and a hard thing to avoid. I am in no way biased when it comes to decision or argument, and will always make a decision based on the greater benefits of others rather than myself. I'll never take sides in an argument, and will always review it as efficiently as possible to find a solution benefiting both sides of the dispute.

How long can you be active on the server each day?
My schedule goes as follows:

Monday - 3 to 5 hours
Tuesday - 3 - 6 hours
Wednesday - 3 to 7 hours
Thursday - 4 - 7 hours
Friday - 3 - 10 hours
Saturday - 3 - 10 hours
Sunday - 3 - 9 hours

Please Note: The above times may be subject to change due to extracurricular activities and school work.

Do you have any past experience as a Moderator?
I have never moderated a server before, but don't take this as me having no experience whatsoever.
I have taken the time to review all the commands on the server, and find out what their functions are. I am now familiar with all commands on the server that revolve around Moderation, and am continuing to educate and familiarize myself. I have also studied all the rules both In Game and on the Forums.

Other Information?
This section of my application is just for things that do not fit into the above categories. I'd just like to say that I love constructive criticism and the opportunity to improve, so please leave improvement in the comments or replies section for me to take in to consideration.

Don't stress out to much. Your time will come for staff to see your application and don't go overload on the helping thing. It's nice to help out but sometimes you have to left people work things out themselves and leave bigger issues to staff.
