Question about IRL trades

    Is it legal to IRL trade but use the money for buying donor/upgrade/kits to prevent ChargeBacks?

    Any real life trade for in game items must be to donate to any crew server. Is that what you're asking?

    I don't think so as you could actually lie and not buy donor. Interesting question, though.

    Yes because in another thread by Krissy which talked about charge-backs, it said that you should trade to get the money then use it to buy the Donor rank, to prevent someone from charge-backing to get you banned.

    You used to be able to trade items for money irl to avoid chargebacks. That was changed with EULA was brought around. So the answer is no. You can not receive the cash for the items and pay for the upgrade yourself.
    Simple reasoning is you we cannot verify the money will be used on the upgrade.
