I want to apply for moderator so that I can help more people on the server. Just a bit about me: I always do my best. I am a big gamer, and play minecraft on PE, PC, and Xbox. It is, in my opinion, one of the best games. I am in 6th grade. My in game name: The name I play with in game is Thinkerz. Which timezone am I in? I am in the Eastern standard timezone. (USA East coast) What languages do I speak? I am only fluent in English. but I can understand/speak large amounts of German, Spanish, French, Hebrew, and Latin, though I doubt anyone speaks Latin here. Have I ever been banned? I have never been banned, and I never plan to be. Why do I think I should be a mod? I think I should be a mod because I love helping people on the server. I often donate to other islands, both starting and more advanced ones. I think a mod would help me do more of that because people would take me more seriously as a mod. I know how to report people and I know this is necessary but if I get to be a mod I would like to make it so we don't have to report people because nobody is doing anything wrong. I would also like to put a stop to fake messaging. This has annoyed me and others in the past and I would like to put a stop to it. One more reason I think I should be a mod is because I think the server needs more children moderators. I know children are often on this server and I am young, I am only eleven, I think since I am one of them, the younger ones, I think I can do a great job as a moderator. I think I should be a mod because I can do what mods need to do. I completely agree with what we need to do, so I am very willing to do it. I spend all of my time on minecraft on this server, so I spend as much time as possible here. I also want to become a mod because I have been on when there was no mods on, and it was CHAOS. Everybody, donors, skygods, etc. was spamming and fake messaging and lots more. There is a famous quote that says do the right thing, even if nobody is watching. What they were doing was not right, and they knew it, but they though, oh, there is no mod here. We can break the rules. There were even people broadcasting lava shops in chat. I would like to become a mod to help with these moments. Sometimes they last minutes, but I have been on where one lasted 2.5 hours. If you have more mods, this will be less likely to happen. I want to do my part to stop these moments by being on. if I am just on, people will see that there is a mod on and not break the rules. But, if they still do it, I will report them because that would be my duty as a mod. I am not saying this to imply that the mods are not doing a good job, I am saying that they are doing such a good job, there is a huge difference when they are not on to when they are. How long can I be active everyday? I am a kid, so I cannot spend 12 hours every day on this server, but I try to get on as much as possible. I do this in all of my free time and I usually spend 30 mins to 1 hour on weekdays, and a couple hours each day on the weekend. If I become a mod, I will spend even more time on this server so I can help people. Do I have any past experience as a moderator? I do not. This would be my first time and I think this would be a great place to start. I understand that you would like people who have experience, but I cannot get experience as this is the only place I want to be a moderator. Please consider this. I do not really have that many qualifications, just that I spend a lot of time on the server, and love to help people. I also know all the rules by heart, and am an expert at minecraft. I have played since I was very young. I also know all the warps, what you can buy, the server prices for many items, and where the villagers that sell certain stuff are. I know where to report, and I will always stop in the middle of what I am doing to travel to an island to help someone. I will do my part in reminding people to take screenshots of trades, and that is all I can say. I may not have that many qualifications, but I know this server well, and I know many of the people on it, but I believe in fairness. If someone reports my friend for something, I will not hesitate to investigate. Friendly I am always friendly on the server and whenever I try to help someone, I am always like, Can you tell me what happened? or Why do you think they thought you did it? or Why do you think they did it? Do you have any proof like screenshots? I do not like it when people yell at people on the server, and I will always do my best to be a friend to whoever I am helping. Mature I am very mature, and I know what you are thinking She is almost eleven, she is not that mature. But I disagree, and I am not just boasting about myself. I am very careful of what I say on chat and I will always respond seriously to people. I do not like when people are not mature in chat, and I got very annoyed when someone said in chat First one to say @ss wins 10 grass seriously as this is not only promoting spam, but also the use of words that are not allowed on the server. Creative I am very creative. I enjoy building on the server, and often build things for free for people. These people have always given me good reports and advertised my business afterwards. I think creativity is a big part of helping people, and also a big part of the server, so I am proud to say that I am creative! Fair I will always be fair, as I have mentioned. I mentioned this a lot as it is very important to me. I was very annoyed when I saw a mod try to help someone by punishing someone without even getting any proof, and the person turned out to be innocent. I will always be completely fair, whether it is with stuff like that, where I will always hear both sides, or with my friends on the server. I have friends on the server and they are often getting in trouble, but I will not be biased towards them or anyone else. Patient I will try to be as patient as possible when dealing with situations. I do not mind having to wait for people to get their proof, or anything else. I do not mind having to drop what I am doing to help someone, as that always comes first. Dedicated I am very dedicated to this server and although I can't spend that much time on it, I will always be loyal to the server, as I think it is run very well, so I would be honored to be a staff member. Typing/Response Time I can type very fast, so I will be quick to respond to people, but I will be careful I don't spam them by messaging them too quick, as I have made that mistake in chat and I won't do it again as it does promote spam and spams the chat. I would like to get rid of spam as much as possible if I become a moderator. I also want to say, I care about what I am saying. Typing fast but not thinking is not what I do. I type fast, but I always double-check what I am saying. I understand what it means to be a moderator. I have memorized the rules and I know that I have to ban if someone is breaking the rules. Once I had to report my friend and brother to a mod for griefing someones island. I know this is part of the job and I am up to that. You can trust that I will not break the rules because I have multiple people on the server who can say I have donated to their islands, helped them when they got scammed, and lots of other things. I would not break the rules and I absolutely, if I did, would feel so bad I would report myself. I believe in fairness, and if someone reports something to me, I will ask the other person first. I also know all of the moderator commands. /endersee {username} : See a players enderchest /s {username} : Teleport a player to me /kick {username} {reason} : Kick a player off the server for a reason /tp {username} Thinkerz : Instant teleport /tpo {username} : Instant teleport and override for tp toggle /tpo {username} Thinkerz : Instant teleport player to me /tppos {x} {y} {z} : Instant teleport to a set of coordinates /tpa {username} : Send a teleport request to a player /tpahere {username} : Send a teleport to me request /ban {username} {reason} : Ban a player for breaking the rules /tempban {username} {reason} {date/diff} : Temporarily ban a player /sc or /st {message} : Staff chat /invsee {username} : See a player's inventory /mute {username} <date/diff> : Temp-Mute/Unmute/Mute players If I become a mod, I will only use these commands to help people, not for my own enjoyment. These commands were created to help others, and that is what I will use them for. Mods also have a lot of power on the server. I will only use this power to help people. One of the things mods can do is kick. I will kick for spamming (more than 2-3 messages per chat page), caps (more than half the sentence in caps), inappropriate language (sexual references, swearing), and rudeness or insulting other players. Mods can also mute. I will mute if somebody repeatedly spams, uses caps, and uses inappropriate/rude language. Mods can also temp-ban. I will temp ban for minor looting, animal killing, scamming, lying, killing other players, major spamming (even after mute), caps (even after mute), inappropriate language (even after mute), and inappropriate skins, builds, etc. I know banning is a very serious thing, and I will only ban is someone is advertising, consistently doing all the things I have already mentioned, island farming, illegal trading, and fly hacking. I know I am a new member on the forums. I am experienced on the server and am quickly learning my way around the forums. I hope to learn more about the forums, and will dedicate a large amount of time each day so I can become experienced on the forums just like I am on the server. I hope you consider me as a worthy person to be a moderator, and I want to help this server become a better place because I love it. I hope you consider me to be [Mod]CasualRubixCube soon. Thank you for taking the time to read this. If you have any ideas of how I can edit to make it better, please comment. I can take criticism, in fact, I want it so I know how things could be interpreted and what I should fix. I want to make it the best it can be.
Your application is professionally written- something people don't usually expect from a player as young as yourself. I'm actually very impressed. Being that I'm already convinced that you have the mentality to moderate, I'd like to see you in-game often. I'll keep an eye out for you, also keeping in mind you aren't obsessively active in game- that's normal haha. Anyway, good luck.
Perhaps bold the questions. It will make them easier to see Also you are a new member so I suggest getting some more experience with the forums. Being a moderator means moderating the server and the forums
20 % Support Pros: - You have a nice mod app "structure" - On my mod app you have claimed that you have seen me online before so it shows that you are active Cons: - Your mod app lacks ALOT of detail in the "Why should I be a mod?" section. Take a look at other mod apps to get ideas from them. Just make sure you don't copy them. - You are WAAAAY too new on the forums - You advertised your application on my mod app which shows you haven't read the rules clearly - You need to make your self stand out more (Helping out etc.) because I do not recall seeing you online before Good luck! I may give more support over time if I see you improve!
I really think you should get mod. Your are so nice and helpful. I had a god pic a guy took it D; i was sad and you helped me get a new one! Thank You again ;D I wish u luck but i bet you will get it IM A NUB P
Thank you, ISAMARXL I always try to help people, and even though I gave away my god diamond pic, it was worth it because I was able to help you.
Hi ^-^ Alrighty let's start 1. Your application is very professionally written. I'm impressed 2. I see a few sneaky grammatical issues but other wise it's fine 3. I would say get a bit more active on the server. I realize your only 11 and might not have a load of free time but just try to be a bit more active. 4. Explore the forums. What I mean by this is look through a ton of the sections to see what a moderator does on these forums. Partial Support

(First full support of the week )
Wrapping up the week with my favorite hobby: Reviewing Applications. (Suggested theme music: Atmospheric Ambience) In the words of the immortal master Jay-Z: That same dude you gave nothing, I made something doing what I do, through and through. Let's do this, through and through. Short and to the point, like a dagger knifing through your joints. Support the style so stay a while, check your thread and check denial. As the lady once said: Lovely to meet you, your parents were delightful people. Would that be Eastern Australian timezone? Eastern Russian? I'll assume you meant Eastern Standard Time, but for those non-'Murican players Rubix means UTC-5. Clarify a little, sir. Impressive tongues for one so young, you fit the billet with your lingual skillset. +1 "Ignorance of the law", they said. But you did the crime and made your bed. Not excusing your past recusing but restate your case to save some face: Chop the section to a shorter dimension, suggest "No, never" or something else clever. A moment please. This part always interests me and I'd like to give it the proper attention. Refreshed my drink, continue. Tossing those items like a real pro, sir. But you can't buy what most Mods know; your items count for less amounts than goodwill to all players shown. Reset your text and chop this bit. There is always new blood running the game, son. They'll join for kicks and play their tricks until the Ban Hammer comes. We admire the faith you place inside yourself to share the wealth but your outward view is short of the truth: You can't kill all of the crime, all of the time. Settle for helping a bit and hit the ban when you can. Admirable goal, good luck. +1 Who you are is less concerning that the actions you're showing. The age you're turning does not affect the line you're toeing, we do not care if you are ninety or ten if on the game you act like a champion. Slice this quality fallacy and kick it out. Do what you do, then do it to be doing it. But first you need to do some rewriting becase this hurts to read your writing. #Reword You've got the morals and attainable goals but ease on back with talking smack--current Mods are trying hard and don't deserve you firing flack. If you want to play this tune then someday soon another sucker just like you will tell the world that what you do is not enough. You meant well but reword yourself to support the host you want to promote. You'll fill those shoes sooner than you think. You'll do more than that as a staff member. Crack that refrigerator and lay them on ice, the best part of Mod is the Ban Hammer doesn't speak TWICE. +1 for keeping it real on the schedule. There's a lot of ways to play the game, Master. Ever given time to other youths? Taught them math or taught them truths? Spend a minute with the less fortunate or marched them all to City Hall? Your small experience is worth a mint if you look around and apply intent. You have something to show #AndWeKnowIt #TabletsInCradles It's good to want to help. But speaking for myself it's hard to find a lot of time to toss on a hobby these days. At your age a lack of quality doesn't hold you back but mentioning it only invites attack. Drop this section and check your reflection; how you act is the best description. If "friendliness" was "godliness" you'd have a saint in every server. You won't make friends on a job well done and the bans you lob will wreck the fun--being friendly is fine most of the time but when rules are broken you'll leave a fool smoking. We're not into hurting a good person but you may want to grow a thick skin my friend. This section confuses me more than elections lose me. There's good stuff there but I swear it's hard to hear through the noise in the air. What you do says more than you know, Rubix; this part is needed the least of all. Let it go unsaid that you're the best and focus instead on displaying the rest. #ChopSection Show it to us in different ways, Rubix. But a Moderator follows rules and not their own plays, being creative is best saved for another day. Think on this: You're doing your best to make a call to stop this mess, but the guy who falls wasn't guilty at all. Now you're deep in aching for the mistakes you're making but someone else is shouting "Told you all! Rubix is failing!" Kick a Mod while they're trying and better be an angel, disguising. Sooner or later you'll make a bad choice and on the forums you'll hear your own angry little voice... "Patiently dedicated" is a good set of traits. You get my support for this well worded section. Your typing speed is immaterial. What you say has more power than the speed you say it, a few seconds of thought can save you a minute. Toss out this part and take some advice: saying it better is better than saying it twice. Said a very wise man: A house divided against itself cannot stand. Tensions in your home must be a match away from exploding into a War of The Blocks. Massive props for your honesty chops but you crossed the bloodline to prove your point. #GoodLuckAtHome Trying your daddy's shoes doesn't make you a father, kissing a scratch won't make you a mother. But I don't regret the time I have spent to read this through from beginning to end. #BestOfLuck. Support Status: 100% (Eats the Mic)
