BAN APPEAL (BERRYBUNCH4)

i enjoy playing on the server and would like to resume playing

3. Full exact Ban Message: BANNED: alleged newisland farming avoiding questioning appeal at skyblock.net -Pein
4. Did you read the rules ? no i was not aware there are any
5. Why do YOU think you were banned? i think i was banned because after pein picked up my spawners at 10:30 pm last might i turned the computer off and he looked around my island and saw the sand i had gotten from pvp (there should be a way to tell how often someone is starting islands to prevent farming)
6. Why do you think you should be unbanned? i think i should be unbanned as i have out a lot of work into the server and to my knowledge have not done anything illegal

 

You filled out the form very well. The reason I banned you wasn't because I saw your sand, but rather Minercaft did. He said as soon as he asked you about it you left, hence the avoiding questioning. As for how you got the sand I honestly don't believe you. Each island has 3 sand, and you had about 20.

 

if you want ill throw the sand in lava and yes i did get it in pvp
as for me "logging off" java loses connection a lot and i have a busy life
im not always at the computer for long periods of time

 

to my knowledge you can't drop sand, so i'll confiscate it. I'll allow you to keep some, but please realize that sand gotten by any means is still illegal.

other than donor kits and the starting sand of your island >.<

 

i also run my own nursery adding to the amount of time i can be at the game adding link to my profile
