The only rule regarding alts is that you cant use them to play while you're banned. 1) I wasnt banned. 2) I didnt "threaten" anything. You know very well Mech's situation, you knew very well you were going to be punished for this type of thing. He was also banned for threatening to do what he always does and now we have to deal with him, we aren't going to deal with you also. I'm not going to give you special treatment, if any other player was communicating with Mech and did the same thing they would also be banned. You've been warned several times for your offenses, you always believe you're above the rules. When you do something disrespectful, against the rules like saying you would ban evade when offered alts, etc when YOU KNOW the situation clearly. You were disrespecting mods which I could also ban you for, I could tempban for your chat rule violations, and also your issue with constantly "joking" about breaking the rules. On top of all that, you had illegal activity on Skywars, knew Mech had it and told no one which is also due for consquences.
Not expecting special treatment? In fact I'd appreciate if I was treated like a normal player: not getting banned for something that isnt a rule. Talking with mech is not illegal, last I checked. You are treated just like any other player, if not everyone has been leaning with you and you have proved us wrong each and everytime by pushing your luck even more. I warned you several, several times not to disrespect other players, I warned you that I could ban you both for talking about doing illegal activity and you both continued with a harsher mentality, yes, I've been kicked for language but instead of going worse on my treatment I got better. Maybe you should do the same. Also, on top of that, it is against the rules to talk about doing illegal activity and you knew Mech said he wanted to ban evade with them if he was banned.

As pointed up above, given his past he was offering you to go on alts and talk bad about the server, use racism and all the things he does. That included ban evasion which he was offering and you accepted. He's said several times if he was banned he would just go on alts again and you've been online for all of that.
You stopped using language when you got mod because had no choice, btw. Now, what illegal activity were we discussing? Illegal activity such as him letting me use alts? What mech does is his business, not mine. I should not be banned because he planned to ban evade
Notice, in the first picture, I accepted the alts before he clarified their purpose. What I responded to was "do you want alts". Free stuff isnt something I turn down
He clarified the purpose, saying to use them to go on and say things like he always does, and you said yes. That means you were okay with it and were going to do it, intended to do it, or would of done it.
My only message after he said that was: "damnit i wanted alts". That message had no indication of my purpose for them, or even acknowledgement of him saying what i should do with them. For all you know, I didnt see what he said. (which I didnt)
In a summary, you were reading and replying in chat to what he was saying. I had to figure that you read it and still wanted it afterwords. I warned you several times, you were malicious and refusing to respect anything I had to say and came back harsher each time. If there are no further questions, I will simply deny the appeal and move on.
Common sense includes not agreeing to alts when you know the history and the clarification of a player wanting to give them to you to do ban evasion/offensive things/everything else he does to be a pain in the butt. This appeal has been denied. -The staff.
