You got most of it, but you have a few randomly capitalized words.

FYI-Taekwondo is supposed to be capitalized and Leadership Team is also supposed to be capitalized

 

That's called manners, not maturity. Maturity is where you can handle certain things, without "flaming" or "raging", and being calm in situations.

-Become more active on the forums.
-Help out.
-I have yet to see you online, of course it could be time zones.
-There are still capitalization errors near the end of the application.

You should really play more, and then run for mod. 6-7 months doesn't seem long enough in my opinion.
Help out more on the forums and ingame.

The 6-7 months is wrong it is supposed to be 9-10 months.

 

I guess the colors aren't really formal, but I can't say much but based off of your app I'll be neutral. Good luck.

Stick to 1 color, and maybe underline and bold your titles example:
