If you want an English lesson, there's a new site called Google that can help you with that.

    Added prepositional phrases.

Technically speaking, contractions are not really grammatically correct. It is correct by just typing out the word itself or writing. I can admit I have used contractions, but they can also be useful for things like advertising to save space and to help a lot with dialogue to show how someone in the dialogue is actually speaking. Here is my part. :)

True, but they're very commonly used and should at least be addressed.

In that case too true too would need a comma. It should be too true to.

Oh don't forget the *. Some people don't know what that means. To people who don't know what that means, it is just an indication of either to read the terms&conditions of an ad*, or to give yourself an important note.**

*Buy this Dell Insprion 15 with intel core i7 4th generation processor for just $269*!
*applies to the basic Insprion 15 with factory setting ,taxes and fees may apply depending on your configuration

The only reason that people would/should use it in this case would be that, yes, but I don't really find it necessary unless someone is utilizing it as a footnote of some sort. :p
