Is Tnt Illegal to trade/auction/sell/buy in Org?

Is Tnt Illegal to trade/auction/sell/buy in Org? I'm so confused about that.

 

I believe that it is illegal to trade/own, but that is just from what I've heard. I'll wait for another org moderator's opinion on this

 

I actually don't know about this one.

It's not listed as illegal, and I've seen mods have/use it. But I also see people saying it's illegal to trade. If it is illegal it hasn't been clarified.

 

I think at this moment of time to say that it isn't illegal, but just act like it is.

Ehm ... quick explanation why it's illegal on net: Because you can only obtain 3 sand per island on net and you need 4 for 1 tnt. That means if you have tnt you island farmed or made an illegal trade. That's why it's illegal on net. (It should be change because red sand is legal to trade now)

On org you can buy sand in the shop. Tnt doesn't do any damage to islands so it should be technical legal to trade/own.

Ok it damages your own island, but if you don't trust the player it shouldn't do any damage. Also the damage isn't that big and it's your own responsibility to care for your island

Legal to own, illegal to trade, sell, give, auction, and so on.
To clarify, yes it does do damage to islands. Using it maliciously is punishable, of course.
