Please don't think that I am just trying to get a bad name for this person. I am doing this to help you guys. I will be making a thread of people who are scammers to help you all out. I will do it when I get more than 1.

Drogo believes these incidents should exist only in the reports sections. Scammers will most likely get temp bans and hopefully, learn their lesson. Many that do, go on to become decent members of our community.
There have been other threads that have suggested the naming and shaming of scammers as it appears is your intent but these suggestions have been shot down by mods.
Drogo believes many young kids will try at some stage to scam someone. Those who learn their lesson shouldn't be forever shamed but given the chance to reform. Any who do not will most likely end up permanently banned under the current system.

As I am not a kid and many people who play the game are. In my opinion the community should know who is trying to scam them but I will surely stop this if you wish.

 

It's not Drogo's wish it's just Drogo's opinion. Drogo is no authority here so don't kill the thread on what Drogo says.
Drogo believes the current report/appeal system implemented by server admins is sufficient and people can go there so see who is scamming. Naming and shaming them further is not required as was pointed out in this thread previously, Prefixes | Skyblock Forums
Drogo commends you for wanting to make Skyblock a safer place for trading but reports allow the moderators to handle it and they do a pretty good job of it.

 

If you want this player to be punished for his/her's actions, create a report along with evidence.

 

Please stop making public shaming posts. If people want to see who scams, they may look in the report section.
