I am here to ask you to take this application under consideration. I am an active individual who is polite and enjoys helping and would rather do so than help himself. I am an extraordinary builder that is polite and can handle under pressure. I am a 16 year old teenager that is interested in IT and enjoys to help.

General:
I am a 16 year old teenager that is skilled in IT. I am going to collage soon to do a level 3 diploma. I am skilled in website making and coding. I want to become a moderator because I feel that as a moderator I could help a lot more people with ease. I am very friendly and positive and always look to do my best. I have a lot of time spare so I use it by coming on this server and helping people expand their experience.

Personality:
I have a unique personality as everyone else. no one is the same that is why I think it is important to know someone before making any decisions. This does not mean I help my friends more than others. This means I treat everyone the same and if someone makes a bad decision they will be treated the same as anyone else that makes a bad decision and they will be punished. My personality is not difficult to get the hand of. I am a very simple individual that enjoys helping and spending time with others.

Skills:
I am currently in full time education and I am hoping to go to collage to do a level 3 diploma that's an equivalent to 3 A levels. I am skilled in ICT, Welsh Language, Computer Hardware and electronics. This means that I cannot only make a pc from scratch but I can fully program it and make websites and programs.

Responsiveness:
I am very active and very responsive, I may be replying on a thread in the forum but I will defiantly answer you quickly and efficiently. If I am not very busy I will reply straight away but if I am doing something important I will answer you very soon at least. If I am sending a message I am extremely fast at typing so I'll be able to answer and make conversations incredibly fast. In addition I will not only answer at an extraordinary speed I will also answer in a positive and happy mood.

Activeness:
I am very active on the server. I made the account on the forum not long ago but I am advanced on the game and this is because I am active, I spend a lot of my spare time on the server and because of that I have met some cool characters and I have gained a hell of a lot in the time I have been on.

Dedication:
I am a very dedicated member of the game and because of myself being a dedicated member I am quite active as a result. I am willing to help all and Whenever I play the game I have the forum page open as well so that I could be an acting part of the community both ways. I spend a hell of a lot of time on the game and I help as lot of people. Each person takes at least 30 mins to help. some take an hour to help. I will help regardless of the time. I am dedicated to helping others and dedicated to being an active member of the community.

Willingness:
I am willing to help anyone that wishes for it. It doesn't matter how far they are in the game I will help anyone. I make sure that the newer members of the community have more
assistance than more experienced players and they will be first in line. But I am not saying the experienced player won't get any help. I am just saying that they will receive it once the newer players have received it. I am willing to do anything new also.

Attitude:
Some people say attitude means that someone has a bad influence and a bad personality. But it's not. An attitude is something that everyone has, it's just different for everyone. What I mean by this is that I have a positive attitude that is welcoming and kind. I am happy to say that I welcome anyone to new experiences and welcome them to the server in general. I will always have an attitude that is humorous and serious. I am a patient person who can wait for a reply as I don't mind how fast you type or as to what you are doing. I once waited 2 1/2 hours for an important reply on the phone from xbox. I am also a mature person especially for my age as I am 16 and most people my age are immature and just want to mess around and wreck things for people. I am not like that. I will support everyone who needs and and do it in a kind and good manor.

What Sets Me Apart From Other Mods
What sets me apart from other mods is that I am extremely skilled in IT hardware and software and I can code a website with ease. I don't think there are many mods that can do what I do. I can also make IRC bots but I will not make them for minecraft. I can help people almost instantly and efficiently also.

How long can you be active on the server every day?​

I can be on different amount of times depending on time of day and which day. On the weekends (sat, sun) I can easily spend up to 12 hours on the game with 10 minute brakes every hour or so. On Monday and Thursday I will not be able to be on for much. I will be online for about 1-2 hours then a 4 hour period where I will not be able to access a PC then after that I would easily spend another 3 hours on the game after I get back to my pc, On Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday I can spend around 8 hours on the game with 10 minute brakes every hour or so. I believe that I am an active member and I vote every day.

Timetable:
Monday : 10pm - 12pm
Tuesday : 4pm - 12pm
Wednesday : 4pm - 12pm
Thursday : 10pm - 12pm
Friday : 4pm - 12pm
Saturday : 1pm - 12pm
Sunday : 1pm - 12pm

I will not be able to keep to this exactly but this is a close timetable that I'll be online. I might be on for an hour or two extra and earlier for Monday and Thursday.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?​

I used to own my own forum site and gaming clan so I was an admin for that. I do air force training and I have a sergeant rank so I have to moderate new people and train them so I have experience in helping others, being supportive and being able to keep a situation calm. I have been a moderator on many gaming clans but I have left them, one of the clans where Im Hated and it was a xbox hacking clan where I would write scripts and give them to people that would hack the game. I personally never used them.

I have never seen you attempt to helpmate in-game or try to resolve conflicts throughout the community. You're application is also lacking what makes you stand out from the countless other Mod applications.

You seem to know a lot and I will give you some support. I think you can work on the app a little more. I do have to give you credit on the server because I do actually see you assist other players. So with that I wish you luck on your mod app.
