Thanks, and as others have commented, I may not be publicly helping in game. I usually /msg and other people In chat answer questions quicker, but I will put more effort to help others in regards to everyone's suggestions! thanks again for the feedback!

Cons:
~I am aware that you help out in private message. However, it is just as good to help out in chat. Sometimes people have to constantly ask over and over the same questions. Chat could use a little attention. Both pm and chat are great.
~Help out more on the forums
~Maybe add a few more details into your mod app? Even though I say this, make sure your app still has good content.

I write humorous(?) comments on applications, sir. When I saw "If i see a French person asking questions, at the least I would be able to know they're speaking french" I realized I needed wayyyy more time to properly reply to your application.
