selling island

hey I'm selling my island (the tower build), this took me a long time to do so I hope I get a decent amount for it. picture of it attached in the screenshot. this is apparently legal as a mod told me so. I'm selling the whole island except (the beacons ofc) and possibly the grass (I'll have to go ask a mod about this) and the chests will be removed once I sell this. I'm looking for diamonds and/or rares, thanks

 

I don't think you're allowed to sell islands.

 

well a mod told me it's fine as long as the ialand is checked before being sold

 

I've never heard of that, I was just told it isn't allowed. Try confirming it with an smod or two before selling it.

You can sell islands as long as a moderator fully checks the surroundings of the island for illegal items.
