When you started, what was the most noobish thing you did?

I remember when I just started on skyblock eons ago, it had been a few months. And in the sheep at /spawn, when they had that player statue/npc thing whatever u wanna call it, I was desperate for a sword. So I stood there, asking yo man can I get a sword? I carried it on for like a hour. *and worse, it wasn't in pm, it was right out in the open*

 

Skyblock was the first non creative server that I played on, and I didn't even know how to play vanilla minecraft so everything I did was noobish, and I still don't know how to play minecraft.

 

I was obsessed in hosting casinos.

 

I didn't know what the proper currency was, nor how to get it, so I used random items to buy items.

Once, I bought sixteen eggs with two potions and some god items.

 

When I first joined, for the first 1 or 2 months, I didn't know the rules, the warps and even how to get back to my island after I died. I just thought that once you died, you have to restart. Before I found this server, I had no idea what skyblock was at all.

 

When I first joined skyblock, i planted trees because i did not know any other way to get materials.
Me and my friend would throw ourselves off the island to catch a falling sapling and when we got it we would do /home, die and do /home again and it would be there

 

I messed up on my cobble gen, so a donor gave me some lava (in the form of obsidian) just in case I ever mess up again. My best friend and I used to kill each other instead

 

Another thing that happened to me was I said, any cool islands I could see? Then the person cooped me and I was stuck there forever. RIP Skypig's first ever .net island...

 

When I first started. I had a Cyp head and got so excited that I accidentally pressed q next to my cobble generator.

When I was noobie, I didn't know how to get food. So I just go fall in Void. I keep doing that until I knew warp animal. And when I first joined, I keep letting donors to enchant my items. to god items. Because i thought it is rare.

I didn't know what 'skyblock' was so I would just do the parkour in spawn.

Another one of my noobish moments was when I didnt know what a mod was and I was asking in global chat WHAT IS A MOD MSG ME IF YOU KNOW!! (And by mod I mean moderater)

 

I thought that when you left your island, you lost your island. That's why I got a coop member to stay at the island so I wouldn't lose it

 

When I finally got a god item, I thought I found a hack, and tried breaking grass with it, and raged, when it said that silk touch was disabled on that item.

 

I thought each player had their own world.

 

I joined a coop not knowing that I would lose my island LOL.

 

Same. Then I bridged to my neighboring island and taylor threatened to ban me for griefing, even though I didn't steal anything .-.
"Why is there another island next to me?"
"Because not each player has their own world. Did you bridge to it"
"What do you mean, 'Bridge'?"
"Like did you build to the other island? Because that's illegal."
"Oops, too late."
"... That's illegal."
"Omg I'm so sorry I didn't know, what should I do?!"
"I'll come help you destroy it!"
-5 minutes later-
"So can I destroy it?" I ask
"So now I can ban you for griefing, looting, and bridging."
"I said I didn't grief .-."

Then another time she accused me of hacking LOL
