The real reason it’s filtered is because of the word cilit in it, which I’m not gonna explain what word that is a play on.

Cilit is a play on clit. But not to mention the word cility also means an addiction to sex

 

Cilit (Bang) also is a brand of cleaning solutions, at least here in western Europe. It also turned up a spanish result for another company. I do have to say that I've never heard the word be used in any unsavory context however.
