Been griefed, looted or scammed? You're in the right place!

If your island has been griefed, looted or scammed, you've come to the right place. To report these things, you can make a thread here in the reports section or contact a staff member in game or via discord. To ensure that we can deal with your situation correctly, please make sure you give us all the right info.

    If you have been griefed:

Griefing is when someone breaks blocks on your island or destroys your island (without permission).

    Step 1:
Tell us your in game name. This is the name of your minecraft account.

    Step 2:
Tell us who the island belongs to. Is it just you, or are you in a coop? Are you the coop leader? Make sure to explain your entire island situation to us!

    Step 3:
Let us know what has happened. Tell us roughly what has been broken, if items have been placed and if there is any destruction on the island. If there is lots of visible damage, it may be helpful to provide screenshots of this. If any items of high value have been taken, let us know!

    Step 4:
If you know who griefed you (for example you saw them doing so) let us know who. If you don't, that's ok - we can figure it out!

The staff member who handles your situation will do their best to resolve the situation. Please give them time to make sure they can handle it well! We will do our best to return any items that were taken and fix any major damage, but we cannot guarantee that items will be returned.

To prevent being griefed in the future:
To ensure that you are never griefed again, make sure that you only /trust or /coop invite players who you know that you can trust, and be wary of who has access to your island. Make sure that items of high value are kept in a safe place.

    If you have been looted:

Looting is when somebody takes items from chests, shulkers etc without your permission.

    Step 1:
Tell us your in game name. This is the name of your minecraft account.

    Step 2:
Tell us who the island belongs to. Is it just you, or are you in a coop? Are you the coop leader? Make sure to explain your entire island situation to us!

    Step 3:
Let us know what has happened. Let us know where items have been taken from, and what types of items have been taken. If any valuable items have been taken, make sure you let us know what they are and where they were taken from!

    Step 4:
If you know who looted you (for example you saw them doing so) let us know who. If you don't, that's ok - we can figure it out!

The staff member who handles your situation will do their best to resolve the situation. Please give them time to make sure they can handle it well! We will do our best to return any items that were taken, but we cannot guarantee that items will be returned.

To prevent being looted in the future:
To ensure that you are never looted again, make sure that you only /trust or /coop invite players who you know that you can trust, and be wary of who has access to your island. Make sure that items of high value are kept in a safe place, and ensure that any chests with important items have a lockette sign on them so that only you can access them.

    If you have been scammed:

Please note that scamming cannot be reported without sufficient proof, like screenshots or a video. Scamming is when someone rips you off during a trade deal. For example, they don't pay the full amount you agreed on, or they take the items without paying at all.

    Step 1:
Tell us your in game name. This is the name of your minecraft account.

    Step 2:
Let us know what the trade deal was. For example, "I was going to pay him 64 diamonds for this chest of shulker boxes". Please note that the terms of the trade deal must be included in your proof.

    Step 3:
Provide us with your evidence. It can be screenshots or a video, as long as it shows that you were indeed scammed. Make sure that the proof is clear, so we can fully understand what happened.

Scamming is very difficult to handle, and if you were scammed but didn't gather proof we are very sorry that we cannot take action. If you do have proof, the staff member who handles your case with try their best to get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it. Please be patient and give them time to ensure they handle it correctly! We will do our best to return any items that you were scammed out of, but we cannot guarantee that items will be returned.

To prevent being scammed in the future:
To make sure that you aren't scammed again, it is best to avoid manual trade deals. Always try to use trade shops to trade items, or ask a staff member if they can oversee the trade and move the items between you and the other player's inventories. If you are doing a manual trade, make sure to record the entire thing so that if anything does happen, we are able to take action.

Hopefully, this thread was able to help you if you have been scammed, looted or griefed. Staff members will always try their best to assist you in these situations, and we are grateful if you can provide all the details about your situation. Thank you for your co-operation!
