Skyblock Updated TrauPho Skyblock Mod to fix Lottery -> Raffle

First things first:

• I know there is an updated mod made by m0gliEz and another more recent by Sky
• I don't use either of those (just never got around to it)
• I didn't want to tinker with something I don't use
• I may fork or propose the commits to the ones above in the future - it's not a hard update though

That said, I've modified and recompiled TrauPho's original Skyblock Mod to work with Raffle instead of Lottery.

The ONLY thing I did was update TrauPho's 1.16 to 1.19 to fix both the detection and the commands to buy once the /lottery aliases are eventually removed.

For my update, all credit goes to Traumatophobia

How did you compile it? I was never able to
