Trading dirt is not illegal!

    Drogo cringes every time someone say's trading dirt, bucket, lava, etc is illegal. It's not!
    The word 'legal' refers to the law and this server is governed by rules, not laws.
    Trading dirt, buckets, lava is against the rules and will come with penalties but it is not illegal.

    Unsure on that. Perhaps if Noobcrew has specified that all items in game are actually the property of Noobcrew.

    Just out of interest, I understand trading dirt and full buckets is not allowed, but why isn't trading empty buckets allowed?

    drogo is correct it againds the rule but not the law

    the law would be where the server is based so the server follows American laws
