Accepted [TheYellowSquad] Fly Hacking [Michael] [Accepted]

Hello Dear Staff,
I Got ban for fly hacking. I think this might be a false ban because I stopped using fly hacking a while ago and now use 1.12.2. Here are my reasons to unban me. I always follow all the rules on skyblock. I respect the staff and are not mean to any players. I know I'm probably not going to be unbanned but it's worth a try.

Hello TheYellowSquad, thank you for taking the time to create an appeal.

As you have stated in your appeal, you were banned for fly hacking, after a player reported you to me with screenshots, and confirmed that you did not have access to the perk, through the /playerinfo command. There is not much to discuss, as this was quite intentional, and obviously in violation of the rules, which I am sure that you were aware of; however, I will give you one more chance if you could please read through this thread, and clarify all of the rules in your own words. I would like you to explain the meaning of each rule, in your own words, and specifically explain why fly hacking is disallowed, and why it is necessary to include that rule. Once that has been completed, I will remove your ban under the assumption that you are not to break server rules in the future, as I will be assuming that you have read through each rule and fully understand what you are and are not allowed to do here.

1. Player Disrespect. You should not do this because you might hurt someone's feelings or even make them feel threatened.
2. Chat Related Offenses Its when you go flammin hot cheetos on chat
3. Inappropriate Names/skins Family Friendly server.
4. Nick abuse. Taking someone's nick without permission
5.Inappropriate Links. Family Friendly server
6.DDoS or Account Hacking Threats. It will get people scared and probably not want to play the server.
7. Releasing Private Information and Doxing. Because trying to get someones IP is bad and can get them hacked.
8.Griefing. You are ruining someones hard work.
9. Island Farming. You are exploiting the way the server works.'
10.Illegal Trading. You are trading something you are supposed to earn.
11.Player Killing. If you kill a player they will lose everything that was in their inventory.

 

Fly Hacking is bad because You are supposed to buy those perks on a website. Specifically on a certain website.
It's also hacking and that's against the rules.
