So, I know that a lot of people know how to screenshot in game, but a lot of you don't know how to upload actual pictures on your webpage. For example, proof someone rate abused, a post someone made, etc.

There are different ways to do this, but my favorite by far is using the Snipping Tool. It is super easy to use. You can customize your screenshot in different ways, too! I will go through how to access and use the snipping tool, and how to upload your shots onto the forums.

NOTE: This is for Windows only. (Specifically 10, but I am almost positive it works on 7 +.)

    Lets begin:

First, go to the left bottom corner of your computer. Click on the Search bar.

    It looks like this:

    Capture.PNG

Then, type in snipping tool. It should look like this:
    Capture.PNG

Then, open it up. You would get a screen like this:
    Capture.PNG

If you click on the arrows, you get extra options. I will explain what each option does.

~If you click on the arrow beside New, you get this:

    Capture.PNG

Free-form lets you choose your own path and make your own shape.

Rectangular uses a prefect square to cut your shot out with.

Window snip takes a picture of everything on your current window page, but not your task bar.

Full-screen snip snips everything on your screen, even the task bar.

~If you click on the arrow beside Delay, you get this:

    Capture.PNG

The numbers represent the seconds of delay. Pretty straightforward.

    0 = 0 second delay

    5 = 5 second delay

    Cancel Capture.PNG cancels the snipping.

    I find options Capture.PNG useless.

Now, before you press new, make sure you are on the page that you want to take a snip from.

Then, once you have modified the tool, click New.

It will grey out, click down and hold, and you will be able to choose what you want to screenshot.

Once you have the clipping, you can draw on it and do other things.

    Capture.PNG

You can highlight, use pens (main are black, blue, and red, but you can customize your own), and erase.

After your done with all of that, press save. Capture.PNG <--- looks like that

To attach your snaps, go to Upload a File:

    Capture.PNG

and put in the screenshot :)

Thanks, I hope this helps a lot of people.

Note: I did this whole this with the Snipping Tool :p

You could create your own thread, and I could merge the two together if you'd like.

sure, Ill just tell you here very quickly.

First method: create a conversation on the skyblock forums with someone you trust, then upload your pics in that convo. after that, take that link and put it in your thread. If you get what I mean.

Second method: I use this method more. Just download gyazo here: Gyazo - Welcome to Gyazo: The Easiest Way to Capture Your Screen
Its a fast and easy way to get screenshots with links to it

But they wouldn't know how to make the pics... I am explaining how to take the pics.

I guess I could make a guide on how to use Gyazo or I could just add in that mac users should use Gyazo, Ingur, or Lightshot. I prefer the Snipping Tool as you don't have to use a link, though.
