Maybe you could add one of those trade machines at /warp skybase. The redstone trade machines.
So both parties can be happy then click a button to trade.

 

That is kinda what the trade shops introduced... Also there was still issues with people being able to scam on skybase

I think he's referring to the trading rooms?

Just make a trade shop if you're worried about a scam of some sort.
