Store fix/Wrong purchase

    I fell that there should be way to transfer or stop a person from buying a rank that they already have, because, like me, they can make the mistake of buying the wrong thing and wasting their money.

    You choose to donate. Your not paying money to get a rank, your donating and with donating comes those perks therefor refunds or swaps are not issued and trying to get a refund also known as a chargeback will result in a ban. next time you should pay more attention to how you spend your money

    I think you could call a Rank Manager if you made a wrong purchase and to see what you were trying to purchase.

    Yes, people should pay attention, but we now have active staff who can handle buycraft issues. Therefore getting a store credit for the mistake is a must.
    Chargebacks are unwanted and not correcting a donation mistake can encourage users to go through other means of refund.
    Also it looks bad for our server if we don't fix a mistake like this because it is selfish and not morally right to take someones money without at least them getting what they actually wanted to pay for.

    So to the suggestion then, I say support. There needs to be a way to avoid duplicate rank purchases. I know some other websites know what ranks you have and don't even show you the option to buy. It is important we consider working on buycraft to make it more friendly to parents, and people who have the means to donate.

    Support. Some players end up chargebacking or even quitting because of purchasing the wrong thing, but with this suggestion, less players will quit/chargeback and get their rightful rank they've meant to buy

    Support, even though you need to confirm many times before you pay the rank, it’s never too bad to prevent this from happening at all. This is possible through buycraft and it’s very simple :)

    Let's be real here, most people are paying for a rank, not to just donate.

    Support. This should be an easy fix, I've seen it done on other servers.

    yes I feel like I paid for my rank but what I was told when some1 bought me the wrong rank and then charged me back was that I donated and with donating came the perks

    If I'm giving money to receive something in return, by definition it is buying, not donation. Donating is giving without expecting anything in return. Since we are giving money to Skyblock for money, we are buying, not donating, which is another reason why we should implement this. If it was truly donating, it would make sense not to offer refunds.

    Support! Even though when spending money you should check everything mutiple times, mistakes can always happen and issues like that should be able to be solved.

    I've noticed some players who have bought the wrong item/rank. This leads them to chargeback or quit which is not good. This can prevent those people and help those in the future who wish to spend money on here.

    Support. It’s never nice to see your money go without return. As someone who is incredibly miserly with my money I can understand that when you buy something you want it to be absolutely what you paid for.

    Everyone makes mistakes, there should be a cooldown period for a day or so after the purchase to ensure that you bought the right thing and to allow for transfers to a different store item or account.

    Support. Perhaps there could be a message that pops up before you buy something saying: Are you sure you would like to purchase (package) again? [press "yes" to proceed or "no" to cancel]

    I think itd be good to have like an extra warning before you checkout that says are you sure you want to buy for example skytitan so support i guess
