    Def hear you on the Disc, I've been wanting to suggest that the general chat get split there into on- and off-topic, it's like drinking out of a firehose there sometimes! I'm definitely making an effort to stay active there daily :) :heart:

    For those that don't know, Bri is my partner and is across the table as I type this. I suppose from an ethical standpoint I should be neutral but ...

    Being as objective as I possibly can, support.

    I have the unique perspective of watching her IRL as she answers questions, coaches newbies (or points me towards them for the few areas that I have more familiarity than she does), or talks down the chat when it goes toxic. As much as you see her building up and supporting the community, it's only a fraction of what I see. The very smartest thing the server can do is bring her into a formal leadership position, because she's already defacto in the role.

    Tim, it has been delightful getting to know you, and to see you join back from forever-ago, and start to totally outpace me on so many measures. Thanks for your support here :)
    Trin, you're absolutely right. Sometimes I feel a bit firehosed on the Discord, but I am, at the recommendations of you and Luka, tracking my activity and making a concerted effort to be more involved than I have been there. I've only been popping on daily thus far, sometimes only to lurk when I don't know how to jump into the bustling chat! I'm going to put myself out a bit more there and will report back on my !rank progress there as this application goes on. Thanks!
