Optimized the player join event in the Skyblock and VoteParty plugins to reduce server lag on player join Previously, both plugins would check for username changes, resolve any name conflicts, and update player last joined/voted times at player join, in the main server thread, resulting in noticeable lag whenever a player joined the server Now these actions are performed while the player is logging on to the server but before they have actually joined the world, and no longer cause excessive lag on the main server thread whenever a player connects
