    Hey there! :D
First time trying SkyBlock, and you have no idea how to do anything?
Then this is the thread for you! :D
Please note: There shall be multiple threads, this is the one which shows a way to start SkyBlock.
If I missed something, please tell me, and I hope you enjoy! :D

    Starting:
The first thing you should see when you spawn on your SkyBlock is this:
When you look inside the chest, the contents should be this:
Before you get wood, the first thing you actually need is dirt. Here are the easy places to get dirt for now:
Then place the dirt around the tree, like in this picture below. This makes sure that the wood you cut down will not fall of the edge.
Break the leaves until you get some saplings. Remember to break the leaf that is above you so you can pick up the sapling.
Got no saplings? Just do /kit Sapling .
Then simply place the sapling and wait for another tree to grow!
Want the tree to grow quicker? Just make bonemeal like this:
    And right-click the sapling:
There are also three secret sand on the island.
Try to make picking up the sand looking like this:
Now, pick up the ice from the chest and get some dirt, and make something that looks like this:[IMG]Break both the ice and you shall get an infinite water source! :D[IMG]
Place a dirt block two blocks from the chest, and get the lava bucket from your chest and put it above the spot where the sand used to be.
Don't put any wood near the lava. It might burn your island.
Now use your empty bucket to pick up water from your infinite water source.
And place it to the opposite hole of the lava, like so:
When the water streams down one spot, dig a one block hole under the end of the water stream. This is extremely important.
Remove the dirt, and you got yourself a cobblestone generator! :D
    [IMG]

And that's how you start your SkyBlock Journey! ;D

do you know how sometimes at the top of a forums page mods/admins/crew will post something important?
sticky means they post it up there so people can see!

Oh, yeah some Admins made a thread like this. But I think it got deleted or something. When I check it, the Admin kept triple-posting. And he/she didn't explain the pictures. And triple-posting. I can't believe an Admin would triple-post. >_>

I am pretty sure the chest could also catch fire, not only wood.
The rest of the guide is good :D

I don't think a chest can catch on fire, but occasionally grass will. I might change another bit of the Guide later. :P

That's what I thought too, but my chest is near lava and it catches fire every so often. :S
