[SKYBLOCK SHOP] Change support email to donation issues forum

Simple suggestion, change the line “If you have any concerns, feel free to send us an email: [email protected]” to something like so:

“If you have any concerns or issues regarding your purchase, please create a thread on the Skyblock Forums under the Donation Issues forum” which includes a hyperlink.

I don’t think we use the support email and we don’t have support tickets yet so can it be changed to that? Thanks

hmmmmm, i will go neutral for this, my reason is, most people have an email, and some would find it difficult to set up a forums account and stuff, but i reckon having both links would be nice xoxoxo

 

They don’t use the support email so what’s the point in having it displayed. This will just get new players to email them and not get a reply. And if they have an email, they can register on Forums.

 

oh they don't use the email, dang i didn't know, il support then! i reckon it would be heartbreaking for somebody to loose money, x

I think maybe customers should be pointed towards forums first, with the option of emailing. some users may not want to create a forums account for various valid reasons. as long as they're aware that responses via email are unpredictable, and that a forums report will* receive help fairly swiftly, it'd be fine to keep the email in addition to a forums link.
