    I've recently received an org coupon and would love to use it. I put in my desired items and go to the checkout. I place the code into the Redeem section and check the two boxes. Then, I press redeem and the page refreshes and nothing happens. I've tried every other soloution to this problem but nothing is working. Is it me making the error, am I placing it in the wrong place or is it the website making the error? Are there any fixes?


    Leeeroieee , I was told you could help in this situation.

    The code won't work for the items, but it should have applied to the skylord rank. Could you send a screenshot of your checkout screen after you enter the code?

    Before I took the items out it still showed the exact same. (this is after i pressed redeem)

    Also I check the I agree and Privacy Statement boxes too!

    Yes I am logged in as Hammy, but I will log out and retry and see if that works.

    It has worked! That was odd, I tried that earlier and it didn't work. But now it works! Thanks a bunch!
