Closed Selling my island

Heya everyone, deciding I want something fresh, my island is... Stale to me? Either way, its up for grabs.

Things my island has (cool maybe? Idk )
Wither named "Welcome to my Island"
3 auto farms (large) Cactus, Cane, Melon.
99x99 Cocoa farm
99x99 Chorus farm (almost fully complete, about 3/4)
Quite a bit of development
A 2nd floor great for a shop
A massive gravel path (outside the castle)
And shops setup by other players! (Yes, they are OWNED by others)
And it includes the island expansion (which I dont keep when I move -_-)
A shop tutorial and custom recipe tutorial (Yes, my alt made the signs, I can destroy them)

A little note, the island has shops setup by other players, meaning said players own the shops XD If you dont wish for the players to be there you would have to contact them.

Yeah, I cant think of anything else really, there are secret rooms, I have a little bunny Zoo, small things like that that arent very important. If I forgot anything I will add it later XD

I would prefer grass for the island, but you know, the best thing possible would be an island expansion for my new island would be 10/10 (yeah, that aint gonna happen though XD)

 

*side note* If nobody buys my island within a week its getting purged, I dont want to wait this long to continue building on the server ya know XD
