There should be a command to /sell a specific item Examples -/Sell Pumpkin -/Sell Netherwarts etc. It's a pain to clear my inventory before /sell all just to ensure none of the items I don't want to be sold don't get sold.

You can sell specific items only from your inventory at spawn’s merchant (there’s a sell all you’ve got in inventory selection). But I think this is great for being lazy and convenience so you don’t have to go to spawn so I support this for that reason.
