The /sell all cool down is 45 seconds so Drogo assumes people are not expected to be selling more than an inventory every 45 seconds. The /sell hand cool down, however, is only 2 seconds. So during any 45 second period it can be used to sell another 22 stacks of items. End result is a player can sell 58 stacks every 45 seconds, the equivalent of one inventory every 28 seconds. Drogo suggests the cool down be shared across these two commands.
There are not too many with farms that produce enough to benefit from this. Drogo's are not capable yet. There is one player at least doing this currently and the potential income gained from spamming /sell hand every 2 seconds is $940,000 per day per alt. So on top of the approximate maximum of 1.5 million per day per alt using /sell all every 45 seconds, this brings the total to 2.44 million per day per alt. One individual can make close to 5 million Afking 2 accounts each day.
