I was going to try to use infiniteShop’s auto restocker, and then his restocker broke and then I said if you don’t fix it, you will die. I didn’t mean to say die, then boba replied to not use bad words like “die” and then I did another word that is similar to die I said “death” and then I got banned, I am feeling bad for what I said.

Hello, thank you for creating an appeal.

What you said was definitely not needed. A player was trying to fix a redstone machine and instead of being patient, you decided to say “fix it now or u die” and after my verbal warning to ask you to stop, you said “if Infinite doesn’t fix this he dies”.

This is fully known as death threats/death wishes. Any form of threats are not allowed on our server as it is disrespectful and can hurt one’s feelings. What you said was very rude and could’ve been hurtful to the player if they saw your message or paid attention to it.

This was a very serious rule broken which result in your 31 day ban. What are you willing to do to prevent situations like this again? Are you willing to read our rules and code of conduct and adhere with them?

 

Yes I promise I will try not to say violent stuff, and practice being more nice often, which i do. I willed to read the rules and code of conduct and stick with them. I will apologize and be nice.

Yep I read them, I understand what I did, and I feel sorry for it.

I summarized that I should be more patient in stead of saying something bad that I didn’t know was a rule . I would like to be more patient and nice.

Breaking this rule will result in an immediate punishment and potentially permanent removal from the server.

Thank you for your reply. I can see you have a true understanding of your mistake but throughout your appeal, it seems as you are rushing. Appeals are in place so that you can truly understand your mistake and you’re given the chance to prove that you will not repeat this action and why you want to come back on the server. If you are going to rush yourself, you are not going to gain an understanding of what you did, why it’s not allowed and you will not know how you can prevent the mistake you made from happening again.

My final decision is to shorten your ban from 31 days to 3 days. You will be unbanned on April 18. I have only shorten your ban so you understand the consequence of your mistake and so that you do not repeat it again. I hope I do not see another appeal from you again.
