Request for change of credit card for andrewswj @CypriotMerks

So, andrewswj got banned from a chargeback by vachiexcraft, and cannot be unbanned until he is upgraded again.
I have found another donor that is willing to upgrade andrewswj, however, he is unable to upgrade him as when he clicks the "confirm" button on the donate list, it says "Unable to donate due to chargeback".
Is there a way to switch cards for andrewswj so that he can be paid to become a skygod again?

I have emailed [email protected] already, but they have not responded.

Just a question, is it possible to /pex andrewswj back to 100 donor and unban him as he did not do the upgrade himself nor was he the one who did the chargeback.

If someone donated to Andrew and chargeback, I wouldn't allow anyone else to upgrade him as they could possibly do the same but that is up to Andrew.

If he wants to be unbanned he will have contact vachiexcraft to cancel the chargeback.

 

Vachiexcraft does not have a forum account, neither does he have access to the server as he is now banned. I think andrew would like to get unbanned and paid for using another card. However, I will wait for andrewswj to make the final decision here
