Remove or Adjust the Multiple Command Block

If you don't know what I mean for multiple command block, it's the thing that stops you from using the same command multiple times consecutively. I understand it's purpose, as it prevents tpa and message spam. But I think that the block should be altered to allow you to register commands that only affect yourself, multiple times in a row, such as /back, /enderchest, and any other commands like that. Personally, I find it irritating when I want to use /ec twice and a row that I have to do something else in between. Or when you are using /back to go back and forth from two places. I do think that this should apply to commands that can be used to annoy or spam other people like tpa and message, but I think it should be for just those. Thanks!

Support, they have added a plugin which prevents spamming by making you type characters to prove you are not a spam-bot.

People can still TPA spam with /tpa and then /tpa 1.

A player messaged me with "Help!".
I said "What's wrong?".
They said "I press /home when I was falling but it didn't work!".

Another player thought /jump was broken.

Adjusting this would be helpful to the community as a whole.

It's annoying that I have to click "/" and then Enter before every command I repeat, I hate doing it for /jump ;~;

Support, it literally does nothing to stop spam, plus we have a semi-new anti-spam plugin.

 

Support, I have been trying to repeat some commands, but I am unable to since of the spamming commands plug-in. I think this would be a good idea since it can limit on which commands you can do it on.

Support. The current setup has little application as you can just change 1 letter to spam chat and I think /spawnmob is the only command that would cause lag if spammed.
