Ratings Count as Gravedigging?

Hi I want opinions from people. Hopefully this won't just get deleted again without my knowing.

I got warned a couple days ago for rating a post from like a year ago. Blaq called it gravedigging, even though that's not in the general rules or rating abuse rules.

So, now how I understand it, we aren't allowed to rate any post that's older than a month or we'll be banned. Anyone else think this is unrealistic?

Nope. That's why I'm annoyed.

 

That's stupid if it is. Mods like making up rules as they go. Most are power hungry and look for someone to punish for any reason what so ever.

Anyways, I've seen mods rate support or like on old things to get a laugh out of the player that they're rating, and players as well. If this is a rule, a lot would start to change and it would be news to me

2. The things leading up to me being punished were:
I made a report on a mod for abuse, which Blaq closed in about 10 seconds. I asked why in Pm: he said I was gravedigging (aka the point of this thread). He said if I made another report on it I would be banned.
I made a thread (not a report mind you) very similar to this one asking, complaining why ratings have become gravedigging all of a sudden.
Then I get banned. Please tell me what rule I broke if you know about my punishment. Do it in PM though you took this ot.

Honestly so much drama over 1 rating. How did this result in a 3 day ban?

If it were a positive rating as I said it wouldn't even be thought of as grave digging.

 

Rating a post from a year ago is definitely not gravedigging, but I don't want to take sides either so yeah

Basically Hoecobo disliked something from a year ago because suddenly Pile turned on him or something?

Then he got a 3 day ban for it .-.

 

That seems very vague. It would be better if I got Hoecobo's and a mod's perspective

Yea basically what Cheesy quoted from me before.

I got a warning point for disliking a post from a year ago. I raised a fit and made a staff report, because I was being punished for something that wasn't in the rules.

Anyways, Blaq closes the staff report. I pm him and ask him to open it. He says no. I ask why. He says my report is invalid and stuff because rating counts as gravedigging. He says anymore reports on the matter will get me banned.

So I raise a fit and post a thread in discussion complaining why a rule has been made against me, and has never been enforced before. I see krissy looking at my thread. I then notice my thread was deleted. I post a new status saying: thanks for deleting my thread krissy (also gets deleted).
For my last hurrah I make a post on cyps profile, kindly asking him to look into the way staff reports are handled. (Which is then deleted by someone).

Then I'm forum banned for 3 days. No conversation was created, so no one told me what rule I broke and idk who punished me. I heard it was krissy from zephyr, but that's unconfirmed.

Look, I know I was being a d*** that night, and I'm sorry. It's really annoying that I can't do crap when I get punished for a rule that doesn't exist.

I can also link all this stuff if you want. Well what's not deleted at least.
