This is probably how i'd go around the build you want as I think budget is your asking.

Out of the box compatibility with the cpu you want is necessary as bios updates cannot be done unless you have another compatible cpu to run so this is where i'd choose intel.
The memory in your build is only ddr3, which will hurt performance of more modern games. ddr4 is the way to go.
The case you chose had no case fans included, which is a sad thing. However the case I replaced it with has two case fans and they work pretty great for budget builds.
You likely won't need a cooler for the i3 and the stock one will work just fine because you won't be overclocking.

at $484 its a little more expensive but a hassle free build that will play the games you are after.

personally not a fan of Intel i3s because they're cheap and performance wise, not the best either. An i5 could do most things an i3 does

    Then go with an i5?

What Krissy recommended is a lot better. You might want to check this out.

An RX 590 is also considerably better than the 570. I'd recommend looking on UserBenchmark at different parts, it gives you a good comparison.

I dunno if you've done this, but have you said what your price range is? If you can tell, it'd help a lot!

For my build, I've chosen to go with AMD's Ryzen 2600x. I'll happily give you a list of my parts if you'd like to see them.

This is really good and well under $1000. Can always make cheaper if needed. Chances are you could just reuse your current monitor and it'd work fine. You only really need a super-low ms reponse time screen for playing games such as CSGO professionally. Also, as for Windows key, you can get them real cheap from Ebay and they work just fine. Also, the graphics card chosen provides 3 free games as a limited offer.

Not really, they only play MC. You don't need a 144hz monitor for Minecraft. Hell, I've used a 60hz monitor my entire life for gaming (csgo, rust etc.)

Sometimes it’s not about getting the best, but getting what satisfies your needs, budget and skill.

I only have a Pentium G4560. It’s more than enough for the stuff I do with my pc and capable of running all the games I play. I chose that over an i3 but soon will be getting an i5 upgrade.

I love my build a lot

Imagine going to Frys Electronics and seeing worthless monitors made in 1990

Isn't Pentium a low end processor? The PC I had before this (before I bought the current PC in 2010) had Pentium 4.

On second thought, I might remove the monitor, cause the current one I have is 24 inch and does a good job ( I dont expect much from a monitor xd)

so the total cost of it is cheaper.

Anyways, I updated the new set up so hopefully its better, it is a tid more expensive but I think its a lot better

    System Builder - Ryzen 3 2200G 3.5 GHz Quad-Core, Radeon RX 570 8 GB, 200R ATX Mid Tower - PCPartPicker

also if any of you are curious about operating system, dw one of my parents has a copy of windows 10 so I can get that from them with no problem :)
