Implemented New Title & New Trophy Suggestion

New Trophies:
- 2000 positives
- 100 Informative ratings gets you "Wikipedic"
- birthday point (maybe)
- 15k messages (krissy got dat one xd)
- 3 years on the forums

New Title:
- at 400 points, you get a new title named "boss member", "Forum Royalist" "Forum Enthusiast" etc.

 

LOL I want some too because it's another month until I get Senior :<

Neutral, I like the idea of birthday trophies, but thing is, we don't want people go get a lot of points JUST for senior member.
