    Perhaps to account for the time taken/frequency at which they'll have to restock in comparison to the standard shop.

    I assume you’re talking about the name, “3364?” It’s just the name of my alt account.

    As manubidoo stated, to account for the time taken to restock. And the same reason that people sell legendary keys at multiple prices in their shops.
