    I bought donor 3 or 4 years ago, just changed my name from Buildertoo to EpisodeVIII. Now I have lost my donor status. This was the $10 donor package on skyblock.net

    Form:

    Your in-game name: EpisodeVIII
    What item/donor package: $10 Package
    Transaction ID/Picture of the receipt: not sure if I have this

    You need the transaction Id in order to get a refund.

    Can you provide the transaction ID or receipt?

    If not, I believe you will not be able to get your donor rank back.
