Why do you think you should become a mod?
Free time in the evenings, I don't mind being held accountable for my actions and you risk nothing for giving me the chance. I have never quit a job, nor have I ever been dismissed or fired for cause. I can provide work history to back this up if required.

Additionally my time is valuable and I prefer to be paid for it. In exchange I provide good work and serious effort without causing issues. I would ask for either an iron block per week or the equivalent in gift codes, negotiable. No need to bring the IRS into this.

Sixteen years as a military sergeant. I've joined or led groups ranging from small fire teams all the way up to city-sized disaster response drills involving thousands of people. Currently I fluctuate between managing sixteen to thirty junior enlisted and mentoring newly promoted officers. Extensive experience in taking orders, following guidelines, maintaining standards, giving appropriate feedback to subordinates and managing crisis situations.

Eight years, Counter-Strike head administrator (32 player server). Experience in player investigations, cheating allegations, refund/chargeback disputes and bunnyhopping.
