Resolved my massages are not sending

i dont know why it is like this but its for long time now everytime i post something its comming the message "This message is awaiting moderator approval, and is invisible to normal visitors." is that normal? cuz someone send a message and its not even 3 minutes old, and mine is 10 minutes old soooo any help what i can do?

These messages are reviewed in case of things like spam, if you’ve tried to make a few posts in a short period of time - it’ll probably have to be reviewed to make sure you aren’t flooding forums.
