Implemented Move the 'Bug Reports' Sub-Forum

This is a pretty simple suggestion.

Just for the sake of cleaning up the 'Forums' tab, it might be neater if the Sub-Forum Bug Reports were moved into the other Sub-Forum Reports. This way, all types of reports are in one area and become a little bit less confusing. That's it. I know this isn't urgent at all but if Athyrix wants to, he can.

Leave some feedback if you would like, though this is pretty straight forward.
